While growing up, I quickly realized that I wasn't very good at speaking. Unfortunately for me, that included my native English! Going through a childhood where I had speech difficulties, I was always afraid of speaking in front of groups large or small. I finally began pushing myself out of my comfort zone little by little, learning the skills needed to be a polished speaker. This led to me running staff trainings, speaking at small conferences, and ultimately performing at a large international conference. After gaining some skills, I started realizing that there is so much power in receiving positive and constructive feedback. The only way for someone starting out to get better is to have someone delivering that value to them as they practice speaking - Endless Applause is here to provide that.
